![]() ![]() ![]() When I checked with the user's the Office 365 group emails are still not updating on their Outlook Desktop Clients. On our end on the affected users to resolve any syncing issue, please check and "Regarding your issue, as per our discussion, I did run diagnostics I replied to them and advised all of these steps have been tried none of these steps are a resolution and that "Recreating the mail profile only works for around 1 day" Make sure you have the latest updates for Outlook and other desktop apps for #DELETE GROUP IN DESKTOP GROUPS DOWNLOAD#Settings->More Settings->Advanced Tab, the Download shared folders box Raised with Microsoft, and awaiting for them to come back to me, as they've taken logs etc. I have also configured the group to send a copy of the email to their individual inboxes as this still works on the desktop client but this is far from ideal. There is clearly a bug somewhere preventing the Outlook Desktop client and Office 365 Group emails working consistently.įor now as a workaround I have advised the users to use the Outlook Web Portal if they want to view the emails for the group. I would suggest everyone else raise this with Microsoft also and hopefully they can take some notice of this issue. "recreate the email profile" only works for around 1 day before the emails stop coming into the group again. "Download Shared Folders" does not work and Initial response was to uncheck "Download Shared Folders" followed by "recreate the email profile" I have raised a support ticket with a Microsoft 365 support engineer. ![]()
